Scrolls used to penetrate the Desh Devan Dome

  • Light Transformation (9th): (Select CL targets). For one turn, these targets become like light as witness on the ethereal plane. They shift into the ethereal plane. Their movement speed becomes fly 120 (perfect). The idea is that since we can see through the shield, creatures turned into light might be able to pass through. All targets must be within 60 feet of each other, and should be close to shield.
  • Succeeded Gate (9th): Modified to gate back to the material plane, but twenty feet ahead from where the gate was made. It’s the idea of coming into the material plane from another plane, such that you appear inside, thus bypassing the field entirely. (Must be cast within 20 feet of shield)
  • Failed Antimagic field (7th). Applied directly to the shield. Antimagic field completely surrounds the entire mile-long field. Localized antimagic might not work, but surrounding the entire field may cause it to fail. Field last for 1 round. Targets shield with touch
  • Failed Rope Trick cancellation (6th). This places a modified rope trick such that it intersects with the shield. Ideally, causes hole in field. May have explosive effect. Touch required.
  • Failed Reform shield (full round casting, 8th). Distorts reality in such a way to cause the shield to bubble outward instantly. Anyone inside the bubble’s radius should find themselves on the inside of the field. They’ll need to move into Desh Deva territory quickly as the deformation will only last a few seconds. Hemisphere radius 40 ft from targeted point on shield.
  • Failed Overcharge (7th). Brute force the shield by channeling the power of the phyle onto it. Damoron suspects it’s powered by the same kind of energy. The powers may interact and cause the shield to shut down entirely. Or not.
  • Failed Drain (7th). Opposite effect. Connect the power of the shield with the phyle, then reduce the phyle’s energy potential momentarily. May cause the power in the shield to siphon into the phyle.
  • Magic immunity (7th, divine): For two turns, CL # of targets become immune to magic and act as though under the effect of freedom of movement. Seems rudimentary, but Damoron says he’s heard of people who can just walk through. He thinks how might be something along these lines.
  • Failed Cartesian restructuring (9th): This assumes the shield is not an energy barrier, but a deformation of space such that anything thrown at it will effectively curve around it, even though it’s traveling in a straight line. Target three areas by ranged touch attack such that the triangle connecting those points intersects with the shield. Standard action, but requires casting from at least 100 feet away to properly place points.
